Lukas and Nick are following a recipe to bake cookies. Lukas put 3/8 of a cup of flour, and Nick adds another 3/8 of a cup of flour. How much flour do they put into the bowl altogether? Show you work.

Answer: 3/8 + 3/8= 6/8 or 3/4

the way you answer this is very simple. you just have to add the numerator which is 3 and that will equal 6 then you just have to put the same denominator.
