Repeating Decimals


Try this with your calculator, type in 2 and divide it by 3.
You should get something like 0.666666666...
Well, that's what we call a repeating decimal.
There are many repeating decimals such as 0.396396396... o.525252...
You could make a repeating decimal shorter, instead of 0.66666666..., you could get 0.67.
That's called rounding it. You could also say zero decimal six repeating.
